Empezar a crear conexiones m\u00e1s profundas entre los y las integrantes de un grupo es un desaf\u00edo que ayudar\u00e1 al equipo a vincularse y desarrollarse.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La din\u00e1mica grupal &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/dinamicasgrupales.com.ar\/dinamicas\/presentacion\/dinamica-el-reportaje\/\">El Reportaje<\/a>&#8221; est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ada para fomentar la integraci\u00f3n y el conocimiento entre las personas del equipo. Se divide en etapas: una entrevista entre parejas previamente asignadas, la creaci\u00f3n de una noticia con titular y copete, y finalmente, la presentaci\u00f3n de las entrevistas a todo el grupo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La actividad promueve la interacci\u00f3n y la reflexi\u00f3n sobre la comunicaci\u00f3n y la escucha activa, con preguntas posteriores para analizar la experiencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los aspectos principales del ejercicio:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Formaci\u00f3n de parejas por quien coordina:<\/strong> el coordinador o la coordinadora forma parejas de participantes que no se conocen bien para fomentar la interacci\u00f3n entre miembros que normalmente no se relacionar\u00edan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Roles de entrevistador y entrevistado:<\/strong> los y las participantes se turnan para entrevistar y ser entrevistados, lo que les permite conocerse mejor en un contexto din\u00e1mico e interactivo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Presentaci\u00f3n al grupo:<\/strong> cada integrante presenta a su compa\u00f1ero o compa\u00f1era al grupo, compartiendo la informaci\u00f3n obtenida en la entrevista y creando un ambiente de familiaridad.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Reflexi\u00f3n grupal:<\/strong> se realiza una sesi\u00f3n de preguntas para reflexionar sobre la experiencia, fomentando la introspecci\u00f3n individual y la discusi\u00f3n en grupo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Temas a aborda en la reflexi\u00f3n final<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>La reflexi\u00f3n posterior a la actividad aborda <strong>temas relacionados con la interacci\u00f3n y la integraci\u00f3n grupal<\/strong>. Se busca que los participantes analicen c\u00f3mo se sintieron durante la actividad y si esta les permiti\u00f3 conocerse mejor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>El inter\u00e9s y la participaci\u00f3n durante las entrevistas<\/strong>. \u00bfSe interesaron por las preguntas y respuestas?, \u00bfHubo repreguntas?, \u00bfSe quedaron con ganas de preguntar o responder algo m\u00e1s?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La actitud del entrevistador y del entrevistado.<\/strong> \u00bfSe percibi\u00f3 inter\u00e9s por parte del entrevistador al preguntar y del entrevistado al responder?.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La profundidad de las respuestas<\/strong>. \u00bfSe limitaron a responder de forma concisa o ampliaron la informaci\u00f3n?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>El impacto de la actividad en el conocimiento del otro:<\/strong> \u00bfSienten que conocen mejor a la otra persona despu\u00e9s de la din\u00e1mica?, \u00bfLes resulta \u00fatil este conocimiento?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A trav\u00e9s de estas preguntas, se busca que los participantes tomen <strong>conciencia de c\u00f3mo interactuaron<\/strong> durante la din\u00e1mica y <strong>eval\u00faen si la actividad contribuy\u00f3 a la integraci\u00f3n del grupo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En resumen, la din\u00e1mica es muy \u00fatil porque <strong>promueve la interacci\u00f3n, el conocimiento mutuo y la integraci\u00f3n dentro de un grupo en formaci\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Iniciar un grupo en formaci\u00f3n con un reportaje para fomentar la cohesi\u00f3n grupal, la integraci\u00f3n y darse a conocer.
